Summer School

Welcome to Rock Canyon Summer School 2021

Registration is now open for Summer School 2021.  We are very pleased to announce that DCSD, through the use of ESSER funds in the CARES Act, will be able to offer free summer school in Session 1 (June 7-25) to all DCSD 9th-12th grade students whose education has been disrupted by the COVID pandemic.  This is open to any student seeking to retrieve credits and/or otherwise get back on track toward graduation.

Registration for Session 1 and online courses is now closed.

Registration for Session 2 is open until July 8th.

RCHS Summer School 2021 will be all online through Edgenuity with a few exceptions:

  • Session One:   Full. Registration is closed.  
  •          English all levels in person.June 7 - June 25  M-F 8am-noon)
  • Session One:   Full.  Registration is closed. 
  •           Algebra 1 (Semester 1) in person (June 7 - June 25) M-F 8am-noon.
  • Session Two:   Algebra 1, Semester 2 (July 12 - July 30);
    • Tuition of $225 for all DCSD students applies for this course only.
  • Session Two:   PE with Mr. Grams (July 12 - July 30);
    • Tuition of $225 for all DCSD students applies for this course only.
  • One-week Algebra Boot camp for incoming freshmen taking Geometry or higher, July 26-30.

Online classes:  Full.  Registration is Closed.  June 7 - July 29Summer school will be closed and no grading will occur from June 25-July 12.
