Safe2Tell is modeled after the Student Crime Stoppers program. It allows students, teachers, parents, or anyone else to fill out an online form, use the app (see downloads below), or call 877-542-SAFE, a toll-free hotline within the state of Colorado, to report information about a crime that has already happened, or one they fear may happen.
